Our Services

A/R Credit Collection Bureau has built partnerships with debt collection agencies throughout the United States, giving us the ability to reach any customer both efficiently and cost effectively. Because of this approach, we guarantee a substantially greater return on clients' accounts.

Customer Service

There are many areas that can distinguish one good debt recovery agency from another. A/R Credit Collections Bureau prides itself on setting the standard when it comes to client service. Our Account Management team has the full-time responsibility of acting as the intermediary between our clients and their debtors, assuring that our clients' needs are well represented. Our Account Managers respond quickly and proactively to matters of client service, going above traditional service by visiting our clients at their facilities in order to assist with document retrieval, assignment processing, and account setup.

We also offer in-house training to our clients to teach them how to best use our services, and to how to lower the amount of resulting charge-offs.
